U.S. Small Business Administration Delivers $100 Billion in Support to American Businesses
Former U.S. President Joe Biden is facing a worsening health situation after his son Hunter Biden said the cancer has spread to his bones and described the disease as "very painful" and "very debilitating."

And related assistance during fiscal year 2026, highlighting continued support for small businesses across the United States.
According to the SBA's November 2 announcement, the agency guaranteed 62,205 loans through its popular 7(a) and 504 lending programs, representing approximately $39.5 billion in financing. This marks the third-highest lending volume in the agency's history.
The funding is designed to help entrepreneurs access the capital they need to launch new businesses, expand existing operations, purchase equipment, hire employees, and strengthen their financial position.
The SBA also expanded specialized financing initiatives targeting American manufacturing, grocery businesses, supply chains, and energy investments. These programs aim to improve access to funding for businesses operating in important sectors of the U.S. economy.
In addition to financial assistance, the agency allocated $419 million to entrepreneurship development programs that provide business counseling, training, and technical support.
