The Kendall Jenner Halloween party took place at Bar Marmont in Los Angeles on Friday, 30 October, as the model celebrated her upcoming 31st birthday. Her birthday falls on Tuesday, 3 November, and she has made the combined birthday and Halloween celebration an annual tradition. Just Jared reported that guests included Leonardo DiCaprio, Charli XCX, Tate McRae and Cara Delevingne, and other reports place Jennie Kim and model Alex Consani at the event too.

Costumes That Stole the Spotlight

Which outfits got the most attention? Many of them drew on well-known films and characters. DiCaprio and his girlfriend, model Vittoria Ceretti, arrived as Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf, while Jennie recreated the look of Suki, the character played by Devon Aoki in 2 Fast 2 Furious, with a purple crop top and hot-pink bottoms.

Charli XCX took inspiration from Lee Holloway, the character played by Maggie Gyllenhaal in the 2002 film Secretary, in a sheer white blouse, black pencil skirt and spiked collar. Alex Consani turned the Mona Lisa into a costume, with a canvas-style frame worn over a black mini dress.

Other guests joined in as well. Laura Harrier dressed as the devil and Alabama Barker wore a Santa costume inspired by Mean Girls. Celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin came as Princess Mia from The Princess Diaries, and her husband, photographer Mike Rosenthal, wore a Dr. Evil costume from Austin Powers.

This year’s event once again brought together entertainment, music and fashion figures, with familiar film characters and nostalgic pop culture references taking centre stage.
